Subscription Fees
AgenticSP is a paid business software service for moving companies. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing by AgenticSP.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, billing period, included agents, included automation credits, included design credits, and any add-on purchases before completing checkout or continuing a paid subscription.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel a subscription through available billing controls or by contacting support@agenticsp.ai.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, AgenticSP may limit, pause, deactivate, or remove access to paid features, agents, connected mailbox workflows, automation credits, design credits, templates, and related functionality.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing by AgenticSP.
Add-On and Top-Up Credits
Add-on credits, top-up credits, automation credits, design credits, and similar consumable account credits are generally non-refundable once purchased or used, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing by AgenticSP.
Credit availability, expiration, plan limits, and usage rules may be shown in the Service, during checkout, or in a written agreement.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@agenticsp.ai with your company name, billing email, invoice or payment reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
AgenticSP may review billing records, Stripe records, account activity, subscription state, credit purchases, and relevant support communications to investigate billing questions or disputes.
Failed Payments and Access Changes
Failed payments, expired payment methods, disputed charges, overdue invoices, subscription cancellation, or subscription expiration may result in limited, paused, or disabled access to paid features.
AgenticSP may use Stripe to process payments, manage checkout, provide customer portal access, issue invoices, and handle payment-related workflows.
